Structure Type: 4 different major nursing care units plus an Alzheimer/dementia unit opened in 2001, all connected with enclosed walkways
Care Provided: Skilled nursing; Alzheimer/dementia care; plus a separate program for homeless veterans
Capacity: 352 beds
Additional Units/Services: 2 additional service and support buildings, connected to all 5 main buildings with enclosed walkways. These additional service buildings house services such as a commissary, Volunteer headquarters, Social Services, a bank, and the Veteran's Hall, used for organized activities.
Directions: North-central Illinois south of Chicago near I-57

From I-57 exit 322, proceed east through Manteno, ending up on 9000N Road. The entrance to the home is one mile south. There are signs along the way.
